A global rigidity theorem for weakly Landsberg manifolds

In this paper we study a global rigidity property for weakly Landsberg manifolds and prove that a closed weakly Landsberg manifold with the negative flag curvature must be Riemannian.     

Effect of Annealing on Microstructure and Electrical Characteristics of Doped Poly （3-Hexylthiophene） Films

The effect of annealing on the microstructure and electrical characteristics of poly （3-hexylthiophene） （P3HT） films doped with very small amounts of the electron acceptor 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane （F4-TCNQ） is studied. X-ray diffraction and UV-vis spectrum studies show that unlike the pure P3HT film, the thermal treatment on the doped fihns under an Ar atmosphere can effectively enhance the crystalline order of P3HT films, as well as successfully facilitate the orientation of the polymer chains. This improvement is attributed to the electrostatic force between P3HT and F4-TCNQ molecules. This force induces the polymer chains to crystallize and orient during the annealing process. As a result, annealing significantly improves performance, especially for the Ion/Ioff ratio of the TFTs based on the doped P3HT films.     

Large Positive and Negative Lateral Shifts from an Anisotropic Metamaterial Slab Backed by a Metal

The lateral shift of a light beam at the surface of an anisotropie metamaterial （AMM） slab backed by a metal is investigated. Analytical expressions of the lateral shifts are derived using the stationary-phase method, in the case that total reflection does and does not occur at the first interface. The sign of the lateral shift in two situations is discussed, and the necessary conditions for the lateral shift to be positive or negative are given. It is shown that the thickness and physical parameters of the AMM slab and the incident angle of the light beam strongly affect the properties of the lateral shift. Numerical results validate these conclusions. The lossy effect of the metamaterial on the lateral shift is also investigated.     

原位红外光谱法研究La/TiO2对有机污染物的光催化降解

本工作采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法制备了TiO₂掺杂稀土离子La³⁺的La/TiO₂光催化剂，运用XRD、N₂吸附脱附、紫外可见漫反射光谱(DRS)、表面光电压谱(SPS)等手段进行表征，同时利用原位红外技术考察了La/TiO₂样品光催化降解乙烯、丙酮、苯的气-固相光催化氧化反应，对其光催化降解有机污染物的过程进行了研究。结果表明，TiO₂经适量La³⁺掺杂后，锐钛矿晶型的含量增加，晶粒度减小，比表面积增大，禁带宽度增加，表面光电压信号增强，光生电子-空穴对有效分离；La/TiO₂样品对乙烯、丙酮、苯的光催化性能与纯TiO₂相比均有不同程度的改善，乙烯可以被光催化氧化完全矿化生成CO₂，而丙酮被光催化氧化可能生成中间产物丙酸，苯被光催化氧化可能生成中间产物苯酚和苯醌。     

Polarization beam splitter based on photonic crystal self-collimation Mach-Zehnder interferometer

A polarization beam splitter based on a self-collimation Mach-Zehnder interferometer (SMZI) in a hole-type silicon photonic crystal was proposed and numerically demonstrated. Utilizing polarization dependence of the transmission spectra of the SMZI and polarization peak matching (PPM) method, the SMZI can work as a polarization beam splitter (PBS) by selecting appropriate path length difference in the structure. Because of its intrinsic operating principle, the PBS possesses high polarization extinction ratios (PERs). As its dimensions are only several operating wavelengths, the PBS may have practical applications in photonic integrated circuits.

辛普生公式是数值积分中的著名公式.利用泰勒公式,讨论了当区间的两个端点都趋于其内一定点时辛普生公式中间点的渐近性,得到了具有一般性的结果.     

1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯的合成及与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应

报道了显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯化合物的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,pH 10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH的缓冲介质中,该试剂能与镉(Ⅱ)与发生显色反应,形成摩尔比为4∶1的黄棕色配合物,配合物在波长453 nm处有最大吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为6.90×104L.mol-1.cm-1,镉(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~0.56μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律。用拟定方法测不同废水中的镉(Ⅱ)。
